Still trying to cancel my bike service and have it picked up
I was renting a bike from Peloton. I request to cancel and have bike picked up twice dates were set.
No one showed the bike is still in my living room.
Im moving a couple of weeks. Im requesting to cancel my order and have my bike picked up as soon as possible.
Preferred solution: My order canceled and bike picked back up as soon as possible

I don't complain or get igdignant for a lot of things, but I have to say Peloton Interactive has caused me to sink to this level.
After spending $4k on their treadmill in December of 2020, the tread died a couple weeks ago.
I went through the appropriate channels to schedule a service appointment, paying $170 USD to do so. After waiting a week to hear about scheduling an onsite visit, I emailed the service provider yesterday.
This was the response I got (see image).
So...let me get this straight...
I'm supposed to pay over $1k and assume that the issue will be resolved, sight unseen?
No.
From what I've researched online, others have paid this exorbitant fee, only for it NOT to fix the issue.
This is AWFUL customer service. Peloton instructors and community are great. Service?
Not so much.
I may be quiet, but when I feel wronged, I WILL blast to all social media and other platforms, as well as run it up the chain however I have to. It's unacceptable.
I look forward to a response from the Corporate office.

We called for a service call due to loose belt and matching shutting down when is use.paid $180.00 plus dollars for a service and we get a bicycle repair company who is a sub contractor of Peloton.now
We have foreign noises we did not have before and you sub contractor
Told us he has only worked on one peloton before.
We call Peleton spoke with someone in Orlando then told we have to replace the bottom end. Not acceptable. Please send someone with the proper expertise to service and fix my treadmill.

Ive been trying to get my tread fixed since November 2023. Its now march 2024 and its still isnt fixed.
They say they will send what is need to but every time Ive scheduled for tread fix, I get the same response.
No hardware to complete the fix. They lied to me about sending the hardware multiple times.
Preferred solution: I want. T damn tread fixed and a full years worth of free membership minimum
Horrible Customer Service
Cant resolve how to switch my account, the customer service rep said she changed the email and it never went through.
Bike delivered, no clue when shoes are arriving. Customer service was incompetent trying to track shoes.
For both of these calls I made I was on hold forever while they were talking to supervisors to resolve the issues. Calls dropped Cannot say enough to STAY AWAY

Fraud
A unknown source was able to open a loan account with Affrim in the loan amount of $2942.48. I have made several attempts in resolving this fraud matter with Affim but to no avail.
A Affrim representative informed me that eventually I never received the Peleton treadmill I was still responsible for this fraud incident. So I have contacted Peleton hopefully someone willl.

Customer Service
If I could rate them a zero I would. This is the most ridiculous and incompetent customer service I have ever delt with.
They charged me for 2 bikes and I only ordered 1. They refuse to refund my account and every time I call they have a different excuse.
Just now I had a 3 way call set up with the bank and they said they will immediately email me and have yet to do so!! Can anyone help me?

Bought tread 1/23. Delivered 1/19.
Called to move Oct. 23. Came 11/23. Determined original installer stripped all screws.
Made 2 more appts to swap tread. Only set up people to fix. 1/8 delivered non-working tread. 1/22 delivered non-working tread.
1/29 Was supposed to deliver new screen. Peloton gave wrong phone number. Guys who came did not have new screen. Only new arms.
Lucky delivery guy arrived. Tread did not work. Have never gotten calibration above 41%. Spent more than 40 hours dealing with Peloton customer service.
Useless. At this point, Peloton should have a direct line for me to get things fixed. I know how to factory reset, I have a level, Tread did not work on hard floor or carpet, I know how to set red line, I know how to do all steps of set up.
Peloton customer support is useless. Peloton tells me I can't return a Tread even though it has not worked since November.
Preferred solution: Personal apology. A working tread. A year of no service cost.

I wanted to pause my account since the weather is good and I can ride my outdoor bike. I was advised I could only pause it for one month. I am considering deactivating my account.

TERRIBLE customer service
Dozens of calls over a 2-week period. Half of those calls were conveniently dropped while on hold or while being transferred.
NEVER a call back. Anthony Holmes, a senior supervisor, made several claims as to his plan of action for my case, and he did NONE of them. Now he is dodging my calls like a coward. No accountability for wasting people's valuable time.
Have placed 3 orders and received ZERO bikes so far.
Still trying to get charges reversed. DO NOT RECOMMEND dealing with anyone at this company!
