Specific language used by some female instructors

I have a complaint about a few instructors and some language that they use, I have two peloton bikes however, I don't use your app. Reason is that I have a special needs son who rides with me.

I need to speak about something that is really important to me as a special need parent your instructor's you have respect for who is riding with them. They have no idea who is riding with them. My son Im sure isnt the only person who has a disability and when they hear an instructor calling out to their riders and referring to them at their BABY tgey takes word serious and think that they are actually speaking too them. My son is now referring yo females and referring to them as BABY.

I think it would be a good idea if you would send a group message to your instructors to ask them to refrain from saying BABY which is not a word that shoukd be used by instructors. We are not their BABY and there is no need to say that insulting commentwe are mostly adults and some with special needs who would love to have a girlfriend and unfortunately, they can not. A mother can correct them and explain it isnt a work the ladies want to be called, however, we are not with our child when they are working and they do use this slang word.

I would greatly appreciate if this could be eliminated from being used. Also if you could express how hard it is to constantly reminding your child to always be respectful, courteous and kind which they usually are, but not when they are out working.

I was asked by my sons supervisor to explain to Matthew that its appropriate in the work environment. Especially, in these time when their are many lawsuits uprising for sexual misconduct.

Bike touch screen is not working

Touch screen not working. I called 4 times, each call about an hour, and each one of them making me do the same thing.

I went ahead a froze my account for 3 months in order to figure my next step. The only reason it's going to be fixed is bc i am coming out of pocket $400. Incredibly ridiculous! And then wanted me to pay a tech $200 to assemble.

I am very displeased with my bike purchase.

I bought in store and use it all the time, you spend *** of money and for it not to work. I sure hope this screen works out or i will raise ***

Part, MCB board

Had tread delivered December 17,plugged it in and turned the screen on, error message, contacted Peloton and they said the MCB board needs to be replaced, we have never used the product, still waiting for the MCB board to be delivered so it can be replaced. Absolutely ridiculous that it is taking this long for a part.

About to cancel the part and get a refund on the product. Companies customer service is terrible.

Customer service was horrible!!!!

My pedal broke off inside the crank arm 5 days ago, and I immediately reached out to Peleton to order a new pedal and crank arm. I was told that I would receive the replacement parts in 3 to 5 days to reach me.

As of today the parts still haven't been shipped. They wouldn't even let me cancel the order. Customer Service was horrible and was no help at all.

I will never buy anything else from Peleton. They are the worst!!

Can't sync accounts

I need help with my new Peloton. I have set up my bike but my Apple watch wont sync, nor will my iPhone. It says that my user name has already been taken but that is on my screen and the name I ride under.

I upgrade to peloton+ a day ago. I was charged through my PayPal for both peloton+ for $24 and peloton legacy for $12.99 this morning 1/5/24.

My user name is jjdub84 and I family share with one other person krose2677. I just want a refund for the $12.99 and I want to continue with the peloton legacy.

We hired 3rd party through peloton to uninstall and then reinstall our tread plus for our move and they broke the piece and now no one will answer to our queries. They keep sending us emails. But no answer.
